Senior Behavioral Health Program (Ages 65+)
Senior Life Solutions at St. Aloisius is an outpatient behavioral health program designed to meet the unique emotional and mental health needs of adults 65 and older. Through group-based therapy, education, and support, we help older adults manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, and other life changes while continuing to live at home. Aging brings many joys, including more time with family and freedom in retirement, but it can also involve difficult life transitions, the loss of loved ones, changes in living situations, and stress from age-related health concerns. Senior Life Solutions can help.
Who We Serve
Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient behavioral health program for adults age 65 and older who are experiencing emotional or behavioral changes. Participants typically attend group sessions several days per week and receive structured support from a multidisciplinary care team, which may include a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapists, a registered nurse, and other professionals dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being.
The program serves older adults who may be experiencing persistent sadness, anxiety, grief, or loneliness; changes in sleep or appetite; loss of interest in activities; difficulty adjusting to health or life changes; or feelings of irritability, hopelessness, or reduced independence.
The goal of Senior Life Solutions is to help older adults improve their quality of life, strengthen emotional well-being, maintain independence, and continue living safely in their homes and communities.
