|Job Title||Full Time/Part Time||Description|
|Billing Clerk||FT||M-F, 8:30a-5p. Processing Medicare and Medicaid claims. Accuracy is a very important part of this position. Performs additional job duties, either temporary or permanent, as assigned or requested On-site daycare and benefit eligible.|
|PHYSICAL THERAPIST||FT||Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Work in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, and school-based. On-site daycare.
|RESTORATIVE AIDE||FT/PT||Rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to residents, serve food, transfers of residents, and follow care plans. Must have state certification. 30+ hours is eligible for benefits.
|LPN/RN – Clinic||FT||The RN/LPN will provide nursing care to patients and assist providers in providing care. Assists with compliance and quality programs as required. Obtains initial information from patients to include present and past histories, dates, type and cause of injury, vitals, medication list and places in proper location in the chart. |INFECTION CONTROL NURSE RN||PT||The Infection Control Nurse is responsible for the surveillance, analysis and reporting of potential infection control concerns. The IF Nurse serves as a consultant and educator for staff, evaluates and recommends actions needed to reduce spread of infection within the facility. They will also be a liaison for staff, medical staff and community. The Infection Control Nurse with be combined with other nursing duties as well. Eligible for benefits and on-site daycare available. Must have RN licenses.
|DIETARY AIDE||PT & FT||2-3 shifts per week. Assist with meal serving, assist in dish-room, works on kitchen tray line and transports dietary equipment to necessary areas. On site daycare available.
|HOUSEKEEPER||PT - Daycare||Clinic, Daycare, and Hospital. Hours will vary. M-F occasional weekend. Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas. Full benefits available. Onsite daycare available.
|NIGHT RN/LPN- LONG TERM CARE||FT/PT||Responsible for the day-to-day care of residents. Current RN/LPN license required.
|C.N.A - Med Surg||PT||Rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to patients, serve food, transfers of patients, and follow care plans. Must have state certification.|
|ER Supervisor||PT||Review of ED records, Trauma coordinator – reporting to state trauma base and conducting meetings for quality review with team, STEMI and Stroke coordinator – reporting data to state programs and conducting meetings for quality review with team. Held in conjunction with TRAUMA, Review of “tickets” from outside EMS, Skills with ED nurses, assist with implementation of new equipment, Organize/delegate paperwork/copies needed in the ED, Policy review, revisions, additions as needed, Assist with “on call” for nursing staff, and communication with various department heads/managers.|
|ADON - Med Surg||FT||The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the organization, administration and oversight of nursing services in the hospital setting. These include Acute, Swing Bed/Respite, Infection Control, Outpatient Services, including but not limited to; Observation, Treatment, Surgery, Emergency Room, Infection Control, Cardiac Rehab, as well as others as assigned by and under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing. She/he is responsible for the direction and supervision of all staff in these areas in the provision of patient care.|
|CNA – LONG TERM CARE||FT/PT/PRN||Days/Evenings/Night shifts available. Rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to residents, serve food, transfers of residents, and follow care plans. Must have state certification. This is a benefit eligible position. On site daycare and sign on bonus.
|HIM DIRECTOR||FT||The manager of the Health Information Department. He/she maintains files of medical records of patients admitted to the hospital and long term care unit, researches and assigns diagnosis (ICD-9) codes and procedure (CPT) codes. Maintains patient name index, clinical record files and related indexes, prepares periodic and special statistical reports, abstracts data for case summaries as requested. Performs transcription as needed.|
|HR Director||FT||The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are: recruiting, performance management, organization development, employment and compliance, employee orientation, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Serves as a resource for the facility-wide compliance program that promotes prevention, detection, and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to federal and state law, and federal, state, and private payer health care program requirements, as well as the facility’s ethical and business policies.|
|RN Charge Nurse||FT||The Registered Nurse is responsible to implement the nursing process. She/he utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. She/he is responsible for the overall coordination of direct and indirect nursing care of patients for a specifically assigned shift. Rotating weekends/holidays. Benefit eligible.|

If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.
A 3% contribution is provided by SMP Health – St. Aloisius at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.
