LPN/RN – ClinicFTThe RN/LPN will provide nursing care to patients and assist providers in providing care. Assists with compliance and quality programs as required. Obtains initial information from patients to include present and past histories, dates, type and cause of injury, vitals, medication list and places in proper location in the chart. HOUSEKEEPERFT - Assigned AreasClinic, LTC and Hospital. Hours will vary. M-F occasional weekend. Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas. Full benefits available. Onsite daycare available.
NIGHT RN/LPN- LONG TERM CAREFT/PTResponsible for the day-to-day care of residents. Current RN/LPN license required.
SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR - BUSINESS OFFICEPTWill work a minimum of one 8 hour per week 2:00 to 10:00 pm and every other weekend. Duties include answering the main telephone and direct calls accordingly, patient registration and other clerical duties as assigned. Typing and computer skills a must. The position has the potential to move to full time, which is a benefit eligible position.
RN - Med SurgFTResponsible for the day-to-day care of patients on the Acute/Swing Bed Unit with the potential to work into the Charge Nurse role.
ADON - Med SurgFT The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the organization, administration and oversight of nursing services in the hospital setting. These include Acute, Swing Bed/Respite, Infection Control, Outpatient Services, including but not limited to; Observation, Treatment, Surgery, Emergency Room, Infection Control, Cardiac Rehab, as well as others as assigned by and under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing. She/he is responsible for the direction and supervision of all staff in these areas in the provision of patient care.
OR Dept. RNPRN Responsible for nursing function in the OR and Recovery room. Will provide direct care to surgical patients and will be responsible for pre and post operative evaluations. Current ND RN licensure required.
CLINIC RN/LPNFTProvide nursing care to patients and assist providers in providing care. Assists with compliance and quality programs as required. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to residents, serve food, transfers of residents, and follow care plans. Must have state certification. This is a benefit eligible position. On site daycare and sign on bonus.
RN (May work into Charge Nurse)FTThe Registered Nurse is responsible to implement the nursing process. She/he utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. She/he is responsible for the overall coordination of direct and indirect nursing care of patients for a specifically assigned shift. Rotating weekends/holidays. Benefit eligible.
Laundry Aide PTHours will vary 20-24 hours per week. Responsible for sorting, washing, drying, folding and delivering cloths and linens to all areas of the facility. Onsite daycare available.
DAYCARE CHILD CARE PROVIDERPTPart time position with the possibility to work into full time. Responsible for organizing and leading activities for children. Will help with meal preparation, cleaning, nap time and other duties as assigned.
Nurse Assistant/CNA - ACUTE CAREFT/PT NIGHTSImmediate opening for NA/CNA to work night shift. Experience referred but not required. Certification not required and can provide training. Ask about our sign on bonus. Contact Candie 324-5113

HEALTH INSURANCE

Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)

SMP Health – St. Aloisius provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.

RETIREMENT AND THE 401(K) SAVINGS PLAN

A 3% contribution is provided by SMP Health – St. Aloisius at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY PROGRAM

A serious medical condition can result in the loss of income that is important to you. The disability plans administered by SMP Health – St. Aloisius will help to provide protection during such an event.

SERVICE AWARDS

In recognition of service to SMP Health – St. Aloisius, you will receive recognition after the following continuous years of service: 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. Each milestone in your service at SMP Health – St. Aloisius will be recognized by your facility.
