Full Time/Part Time
|PHYSICAL THERAPIST||FT||Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Work in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, and school-based. On-site daycare.|
|RESTORATIVE AIDE||FT||Days shift available. Rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to residents, serve food, transfers of residents, and follow care plans. Must have state certification. 30+ hours is eligible for benefits.|
|LPN/RN – Clinic||FT||The RN/LPN will provide nursing care to patients and assist providers in providing care. Assists with compliance and quality programs as required. Obtains initial information from patients to include present and past histories, dates, type and cause of injury, vitals, medication list and places in proper location in the chart. Onsite daycare available. Benefit Eligible|
|C.N.A – MED SURG||PRN||As needed C.N.A or Registered Nurse Assistant assisting in patient care. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to patients, serve food, transfers of patients, and follow care plans. Must be registered with ND state registry as a C.N.A or Registered Nurse Assistant. On-site daycare available.|
|INFECTION CONTROL NURSE RN||FT||The Infection Control Nurse is responsible for the surveillance, analysis and reporting of potential infection control concerns. The IF Nurse serves as a consultant and educator for staff, evaluates and recommends actions needed to reduce spread of infection within the facility. They will also be a liaison for staff, medical staff and community. The Infection Control Nurse with be combined with other nursing duties as well. Eligible for benefits and on-site daycare available. Must have RN licenses.|
|DIETARY AIDE||PT||2-3 shifts per week. Assist with meal serving, assist in dish-room, works on kitchen tray line and transports dietary equipment to necessary areas. On site daycare available.|
|COOK||FT||Hours will vary. The Cook is responsible for food preparation of patients/residents and employees; maintaining high standards of quality and production and portion control, using standardized recipes; and preparing appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. |HOUSEKEEPER||FT||Hours will vary. M-F occasional weekend. Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas. Full benefits available. Onsite daycare available.|
|NIGHT RN/LPN- LONG TERM CARE
||FT/PT||Responsible for the day-to-day care of residents. Current RN/LPN license required.|
|RN/CHARGE NURSE MED SURG||FT||32-40 HRS/Week. Rotating Holiday’s and weekends. ER experience and ACLS required. PALS and TNCC preferred, would have 6 months to obtain. *Sign on bonus available*|
|CNA – LONG TERM CARE||FT/PT/PRN||Days/Evenings/Night shifts available. Rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to residents, serve food, transfers of residents, and follow care plans. Must have state certification. Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
SMP Health – St. Aloisius provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.
A 3% contribution is provided by SMP Health – St. Aloisius at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.
