| Oncology Nurse | PT | SMP Health – St. Aloisius is adding oncology as a new service and is currently accepting applications for a part-time Oncology Nurse. This position will play an important role in supporting oncology care for our community as the service is introduced. The Oncology Nurse will support clinic visits one day per week, along with chemotherapy and infusion services two to three days per week. The anticipated start timeframe is early summer, pending certification requirements and program readiness. Qualified candidates must be licensed Registered Nurses. ONS certification is required, and support is available to assist with obtaining certification as part of the onboarding process. Wage is negotiable and based on experience. | Therapy Department Receptionist | PT | SMP Health – St. Aloisius is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our Therapy Department as a Part-Time Receptionist. This position supports our Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services and plays an important role in welcoming patients and helping our team provide excellent care. In this role, you’ll greet patients and visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the front desk running smoothly. You will also assist our therapy staff with basic clerical tasks and provide support where needed to help ensure a positive experience for those we serve. Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
SMP Health – St. Aloisius provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.
A 3% contribution is provided by SMP Health – St. Aloisius at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.
A serious medical condition can result in the loss of income that is important to you. The disability plans administered by SMP Health – St. Aloisius will help to provide protection during such an event.
