Clinic Nurse RNFT/PTThe Clinic Nurse will provide nursing care to clinic patients including obtaining initial information and vitals. This is a benefit eligible position. Must have good communication skills. This is a benefit eligible position, working M-F.
Nurse Assistant/CNA Med SurgFT/PT Days/Evenings/Nights 8-12 Hours Shifts AvailableRotating weekends and holidays. Will assist Nursing Staff in Overall Care of Patients. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, providing personal care to residents, serving food, transfer of residents, and follow care plans, working under the supervision with assigned Nurse. Qualifications include effective and positive communication skills and attitude when with patients, family, and staff. English proficiency. Positive attitude when working. Full-time positions include benefits. Experience preferred but not required. We offer a competitive wage and shift differential. OR Dept. RNPT (2 positions)Responsible for nursing function in the OR and Recovery room. Will provide direct care to surgical patients and will be responsible for pre and post operative evaluations. Current ND RN licensure required.
Surgical Tech PTTech will work in Surgery/Scope areas. Will be responsible for handling the instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must make sure that equipment needed for the surgery is properly assembled and disinfected. Certification or previous experience required.
CNA – LONG TERM CAREFT/PTDays/Evenings/Night shifts available. Rotating weekends and holidays. RN/LPN Nights – LONG TERM CAREFT/PT Night Time ShiftResponsible for the day-to-day care of residents. Current RN/LPN license required. 30+hours is eligible for benefits.
Activities LTCPRNWill be responsible to lead, assist, and encourage residents with scheduled activities. State CNA certification required. Will work occasional weekends and holidays. This position is benefit eligible.
PHYSICAL THERAPISTFTProvides evaluation and treatment for physical therapy patients in a variety of settings. Join a fun team with strong mentorship and support, with no productivity standards to meet. We have a large outpatient population we serve as well as Acute/Swingbed, Long-Term Care, and school based. Flexible hours. $15,000 Sign-on bonus and $40/hr. for new grads (Increased pay with increased experience). On-site daycare. Switchboard/Registration ReceptionistFT/PTAnswer and route calls, greet and register patients, and assist visitors. 30–40 hours per week, every other weekend, rotating holidays. Mix of 1st (6 AM–2 PM) and 2nd (2 PM–10 PM) shifts. Benefit eligible.
Radiology TechnologistFT/PTProvide imaging services in a variety of settings including clinic, hospital, ER, nursing home, and senior living. Enjoy on-the-job training, flexible scheduling (30–36 hours), and opportunities for cross-training in multiple modalities. Starting at $28/hour minimum, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment option available. Loan payment assistance and annual credentialing reimbursements included, plus full benefits (403B, HSA, BCBSND health insurance, and more).
Daycare HousekeepingPT Evening HoursHousekeeping in Daycare Facility. Flexible evenings hours. 10 hours per week. Main responsibility is floor and bathrooms.

LPN & RNNursing programs (LPN and RN) are held right here in Harvey in partnership with Bismarck State College. For more information, contact Sarah Gregg at 701-324-4651. Scholarships may be available through SMP Health – St. Aloisius. The next upcoming class will focus on the 11-month Practical Nursing (PN) program. Applications for the Fall 2026 PN class open December 1, 2025, and typically remain open until April. The PN program is offered one year, followed by the Associate Degree Nursing (RN) program the next year, both instructed by Sarah Gregg.

Below is a list of available benefits for those working 15 hours or more per week:
HEALTH INSURANCE

Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)

SMP Health – St. Aloisius provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.

RETIREMENT AND THE 401(K) SAVINGS PLAN

A 3% contribution is provided by SMP Health – St. Aloisius at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY PROGRAM

A serious medical condition can result in the loss of income that is important to you. The disability plans administered by SMP Health – St. Aloisius will help to provide protection during such an event.

SERVICE AWARDS

In recognition of service to SMP Health – St. Aloisius, you will receive recognition after the following continuous years of service: 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. Each milestone in your service at SMP Health – St. Aloisius will be recognized by your facility.
