Full-Time and Part-Time openings. Days 7am – 7:30pm or Nights 7pm – 7:30am.
|Certified Nursing Assistants||Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000
Full-Time and Part-Time openings. Days 7am-3:30pm, PM’s 3pm – 11:30pm, and Nights 11pm-7:30am. We also have 12 hours shifts 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am.
|Nutrition Assistants||Sign-On Bonus up to $1,000
Full-Time and Part-Time openings, shift times 9:30am – 6:30pm or 4pm-7pm.
|Housekeepers||Sign-On Bonus up to $1,000
Days 6:30am-3pm and evenings 2pm-9pm. Evening shift hours are flexible.
|Driver-Resident Transportation||Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. Typical hours 7am – 3:30pm, but must be flexible for scheduled appointments.|
|Social Worker||Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Licensed Social Worker or long term care experience preferred.|
|Certified Medication Aide||Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000
3pm-11:30pm shift, every other weekend and holiday
|Maintenance Assistant||Full-Time, Benefited Position
Typical hours are 7:30am - 4pm, every third weekend and holiday.

Below is a list of available benefits for those working 15 hours or more per week:
Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
SMP Health provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.
A 3% contribution is provided by the SMP Health at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service by the SMP facility. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.

In recognition of service to SMP Health, you will receive recognition after the following continuous years of service: 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. Each milestone in your service at SMP Health System will be recognized by your facility.

Paid Time Off is provided to each employee in a benefit-eligible position of at least fifteen (15) hours per week. It is an account in which all earned credit for vacation, holidays, and short-term sick time accumulates. PTO is earned at a set ratio which increases with years of service.
There are seven (7) paid holidays per year. These are built into an employee’s Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit.
Regular full-time and part-time hourly employees receive one-and-one-half (1 ½) times their regular rate of pay for working on the paid holiday.
