Memorial Gifts

Sending memorials to SMP Health - Maryhill can help in many different areas. As a donor, you have the option to designate the use of your gift for something specific, or we will graciously use your gift wherever the need is greatest.



Tribute

Sending a gift in honor of one or more individuals on their birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's or Father's Day, Christmas, or any other special occasion or event is another option for giving that will help SMP Health - Maryhill provide quality care to our residents every day.



Endowment

SMP Health - Maryhill has an endowment fund available. If you would like to give a gift that will have long-lasting effects, giving a gift to the endowment is a wonderful choice. A state tax credit of 40% up to a total of $10,000 is available on these types of gifts.



Will Bequest

Consider including SMP Health - Maryhill in your will or estate plan.



Life Insurance

You can make SMP Health - Maryhill the beneficiary of your life insurance policy. You can also donate a life insurance policy that is no longer needed.



Regular Giving

You can make arrangements with your bank to take a certain amount out of your checking or savings account and send it to SMP Health - Maryhill on a regular basis under the terms of your choosing.
