Our expert team works closely with residents and their loved ones as care priorities shift from treatment to comfort and making the most of time left. In coordination with hospice representatives, our services focus on pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, and ensuring dignity and quality of life.
As a faith-based community, spiritual and emotional care are central to how we support individuals at the end of their lives. Residents and families of all faith and non-faith backgrounds are welcome to access chaplain services, prayer, and pastoral and grief support. We also offer “Walking You Home,” a peaceful and optional service at the time of passing, done at the request of the resident or family.
